These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the CanPostThis website, dashboards, reports, APIs, forms, trust badges, and related services, unless a separate written agreement applies.

3. Service Description

CanPostThis provides tools and reports for social profile screening, source verification, trust signals, authenticity indicators, bot-risk indicators, and related online trust analysis. Reports and scores are informational and based on available signals, data sources, submitted input, and automated or semi-automated analysis.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and ensure that they have the necessary rights or lawful basis to submit profiles, URLs, handles, account references, or other data for analysis.

• Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
• Do not submit credentials, passwords, private account data, or sensitive information unless expressly requested by CanPostThis.
• Do not interfere with the technical operation, security, or availability of the service.

5. Reports, Scores, and No Guarantee

CanPostThis reports, trust badges, scores, and risk indicators are decision-support information only. They do not guarantee that a profile, account, source, publication, or person is authentic, lawful, safe, unbiased, or suitable for any particular purpose. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and due diligence.

6. Accounts, Access, and Availability

Where account access is provided, users are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for activity under their account. CanPostThis may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes.

7. Fees and Payment

Some services may be free, trial-based, subscription-based, or paid. Any applicable prices, billing intervals, taxes, cancellation rules, and payment terms are shown at checkout, in the dashboard, or in a separate written agreement. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, software, reports, templates, branding, designs, and content created by CanPostThis remain protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users receive only the rights necessary to use the service for its intended purpose.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may use third-party providers, APIs, analytics tools, hosting, payment processors, or data sources. Third-party availability, accuracy, and terms may affect the service. CanPostThis is not responsible for third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.

10. Data Protection

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CanPostThis is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or decisions made solely on the basis of reports or scores. Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law, including mandatory liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer protection rights.

For Google Play, Apple App Store, EU regulatory, court-related, privacy, data protection, or official compliance questions, please contact contact@canpostthis.com. Legitimate legal, platform review, and regulatory requests will be reviewed through this contact channel.

13. Changes to These Terms

CanPostThis may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, security requirements, or business operations. The current version published on this page applies unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules or mandatory jurisdiction rules that may apply in the user's country of residence.
